A Jefferson County grand jury has indicted three people for allegedly stealing $10,000 from a non-profit youth football organization.
William Hilborne, 45, Kelli Hilborne, 41 and Cheryl Wyckoff, 37, face charges of felony theft and conspiracy to commit theft. All three served on the board of directors for GAMFA, the Golden Applewood Midget Football Association.
Prosecutors say the Hilbornes withdrew cash from the club's bank account, wrote checks, and used the association's debit card for personal use. They were arrested Tuesday in Delta County, Colorado.
Kelli Hilborne was released on $5,000 bond. William Hilborne remained in custody.
The Jefferson County District Attorney said Cheryl Wyckoff would be issued a summons.
