Police issue alcohol tickets after woman falls 3 stories at CU sorority
BOULDER - Boulder police issued a ticket to a 20-year-old woman who they say fell three stories outside her sorority house after a night of drinking at a frat house. A 21-year-old man also received a ticket. He's accused of providing alcohol to a person under the age of 21.

The woman, Rachel Anne Feucht, is being treated for broken bones and internal injuries. She is expected to recover. She's faces a charge of minor in possession of alcohol.

Investigators say Feucht went to a party at Theta Xi Fraternity near the University of Colorado campus Friday where she had large quantities of beer and vodka. She returned home to the Alpha Phi Sorority early Saturday morning.

Detectives say she went to the third floor and believe she was unable to get into her room because of a locked door. She went to a vacant room across the hall and climbed out the window to walk along the gutter to reach an outside stairwell that would allow her to get back downstairs. But she slid off the roof and fell to the ground. Two other sorority members found her and called 911.

A second ticket was issued to Jon Robert Stroker. He's charged with providing alcohol to someone under the age of 21. He's a member of the fraternity. If convicted, he faces 6-18 months in prison and a fine of $500-$5,000.

If Feucht is convicted, she faces a fine of up to $500, an alcohol evaluation and assessment, mandatory alcohol education classes, and 24 hours of community service.
