Many of us have never heard of the sport, "Parkour." But now Denver is home to the world's largest Parkour training facility called, Apex Movement. The sport requires a lot of running, jumping and flipping. It basically is unlike any sport out there.

"It's a bit of everything, it's gymnastics, it's break dancing, martial arts, rock climbing," explains Apex co-owner Ryan Ford.

Those who practice it are called, Traceuers. They can maneuver their way out of any obstacle and get from point A to point B in ways that seem almost dangerous. For example, they jump from one building to another. "There's risk involved but there is risk in everything you do, playing any sport or anything," said Scott Murray.

Parkour is not only a physically enduring workout, but can also be a choreographed performance. "It's also an art form because it's creative," said Ford.

The sport gained underground popularity for years but through the internet is now surfacing in countries around the world. It's taking fitness to a whole new level.

"It's a great feeling to be able to do everything, to know that you're the one working really hard and you're building all this strength," said Murray.
