Lorenzo would have been given five years of probation in exchange for a guilty plea. Additionally, he would have had to register as a sex offender.

He is charged with one count of indecent exposure after a customer noticed him masturbating behind the glass door of a meat counter at the 707 South Boulder Road store.

Lorenzo approached the female customer shopping with her infant child in the meat department Jan. 31 and asked if she was finding everything, according to the arrest affidavit.

The woman told investigators she realized that Lorenzo was masturbating while talking to her and stopped once he saw her shocked expression. She starting walking away from the meat counter and turned around to find him masturbating again.

She reported the incident to managers and police. The affidavit said she also told authorities about another incident involving Lorenzo in the same store two years ago, where he followed her around, but did not do anything.

When questioned, he admitted to "having his penis out of his pants."

The Safeway where the incident occurred closed in May.
