LAKEWOOD, Colo. -
Authorities are releasing new details on the identity of a woman found dead in a burning home last week.
Firefighters found 49-year-old Janine Cuellar inside her Lakewood home on West 14th Avenue last Tuesday night. It's unknown whether Cuellar is a suspect or victim in the case.
They also found the body of a man so severely burned they still haven't been able to identify him.
A neighbor says she saw Cuellar and her boyfriend fighting outside and then saw Cuellar alone. The witness also says she believes Cuellar killed her boyfriend, then set the house on fire and killed herself.
Investigators are still waiting for toxicology reports.
