DENVER - A Broomfield Judge will decide next week whether 18-year-old Alex Pacheco will stand trial in the gruesome murder of 13-year-old Kelsey Shannon.

Testimony last week revealed disturbing details about the crime, along with the fact that Pacheco considers himself a "juggalo". That's a member of a cult-like fan group that follows the Insane Clown Posse, a Detroit horror-core music group that raps about murders.

A number of juggalos in Colorado and across the country have been connected to murders and other crimes.

FOX 31 tracked down Denver's juggalo headquarters, Primo's Tire Shop on West Alameda. Folks there tell us being a juggalo means you're someone who listens to ICP and do your own thing. While some police agencies consider juggalos a gang, they tell us they are a family.

They say they are friends who hang out together and try to look out for each other. They say the violent music contains dark humor. They add it's a form of release for the times you get mad or feel like the world is unfair.

The tire shop is one of the few places in the area that carries Faygo, the juggalo drink of choice. It's a Detroit based soda pop that ICP raps about and sprays on fans during concerts.

The shop is also decorated with the hatchet man symbol. It shows a man running with a raised hatchet. Police say they do run into juggaloes committing crimes, but add its mostly petty stuff, not the drugs and violence associated with hard core street gangs.
