Bruce, a lifelong baseball fan, is a purist.

"I never watch (games) on TV. If I can't go, I will hear it on the radio, or I will read about it the next day," he says.

For each fan who visits the museum, they are greeted with a friendly 'hello,' and a personal tour -if they want it.

"I've been collecting all my life," said Bruce. "I grew up a Denver Bears fan and things just grew from there. I have old stadium seats, usher uniforms, signage, and all kinds of balls and bats. I even have home plates from many ballparks and then there is my Colorado Rockies swag. All I can say is its growing."

For those looking for B's Ballpark Museum, go to Coors Field and walk a half-block west on Blake Street. There, you'll find Hellerstein's personal Field of Dreams –a place to relive baseball's past.

Parts of Wrigley, Crosley, Forbes and Yankee Stadiums are all there. Bruce even has lights from Ebbets Field and pieces of the famed Green Monster at Fenway Park.

It's all located 1940 Blake Street in LoDo.

Folks like Karyl Sydell -who lobbied hard to get baseball into the Mile High City and passed away last month- would be proud to say that Denver not only hs one of the best ballparks in the nation, but now, one of the best baseball museums as well.
